NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ANNEXATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons: The City of Hudson, Texas is proposing to annex the following property, at the property owners request, into the city limits:
Legal Description: 5460M Oscar Bery Rd & Foster Rd, SUBD BLK 1 Lot 2
Physical address: 635 Oscar Berry Rd, Hudson, TX 75904
The Hudson City Council will hold a public hearing on this proposed annexation:
- Date: March 12, 2026
- Time: 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Hudson City Hall, 3458 Ted Trout Dr, Hudson, TX 75904
The purpose of this hearing is to give the public an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation. Anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comments for or against the proposed annexation.
This notice is issued in accordance with Texas Local Government Code § 43.0673(d).
